ExpatLaw founder Christian Barth is a licensed USA immigration attorney admitted to the Bar of the State of Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. In the Netherlands, Mr. Barth is a legal advisor ('jurist' in Dutch) fully qualified to represent individuals and businesses in all Dutch immigration matters before the Dutch Immigration and Naturalization Service. Christian Barth earned his B.S. in Economics (1974) from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. He continued his education at Villanova University School of Law where he was graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 1977 and a Masters in Law (LL.M.) in 1984. Since starting his law practice in 1977, Mr. Barth has had extensive experience representing clients in administrative matters before governmental agencies in the USA and in the Netherlands. He first visited the Netherlands in 1989, learned the language and became a resident in 2000. |
